ACResolution Magazine

ACResolution Magazine is a quarterly publication (digital as of Spring 2013) that emphasizes material of general interest to a broad spectrum of conflict managers and researchers, both professional and volunteer.  Articles are relatively brief (1500 – 3000 words), written in an accessible style, and do not need scholarly apparatus.  Both opinion pieces and descriptions of successful programs and activities are welcome, especially when these can be of use to other practitioners.  In the past year contributors have come from all over the United States, and from Canada, Mexico, France, and Pakistan, and have included a range of authors from graduate students to independent practitioners, trainers to attorneys, educators to activists.

Many issues of ACResolution are thematic. Recent topics have included “Restorative Justice,” “Public Discourse,” and “First Principles.”  Open-ended subjects, such as “Conflict Resolution for Everyone” or “Stories,” and issues focusing on a particular area of practice, alternate with these.
